2026 Institute Scholarship Application
Welcome and thank you for your interest. Two full site/entity Institute scholarships are available to provider members facing financial hardship, courtesy of the following Sponsors:

Please complete the questions for consideration. Applications will be screened by the LeadingAge Minnesota Executive Committee and all applicants will be notified of their status by the end of January. Applicants who are not awarded a scholarship but wish to attend will be eligible to register their community at the early bird registration fee.
Please know that all applications will be kept confidential.
